Privacy Policy
Voting Now handles personal information in a few narrow cases: when a page is served to you, when you contact the agency, and when analytics measures a visit. This page names each case that applies to this site, the companies that receive the data, the choices you have, and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.

Who is responsible for the information on this site?
Voting Now, a contest marketing agency, is responsible for the personal information described on this page.
Where this page says “we”, it means the operator. Where it names another company, that company handles data under its own privacy policy.
What happens when you read a page?
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the pages of this site. To deliver a page and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare's network receives your IP address, the page you ask for, the time of the request and technical details your browser sends, such as its type and language.
Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy. Voting Now does not ask you to log in or create an account to read the site.
What happens when you send a request through the form?
The form asks how to reach you: an e-mail address, a phone number for WhatsApp, or a Telegram handle. It also has optional fields for your name, a link to your contest and a message.
When you send the form, your browser also sends the page you were on, the campaign tags of the address you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, which the page keeps for the length of your visit), the website that referred you, and how long the form was open. Cloudflare reads your country from your connection. Your IP address is used only to limit how many requests one address can send in a few minutes, and it is not part of the request that reaches us.
The request is passed from this site's own server to a Telegram bot, which posts it as a message in a Telegram chat that the operator reads. Telegram therefore receives the request.
We use what you send to answer your question and to prepare a quote. A request that looks automated, such as one with a hidden field filled in or one completed faster than a person could, is discarded.
What happens when you write by e-mail?
A message sent to team@voting-now.com is forwarded by Cloudflare's email routing to the operator's own mailbox with Google. Cloudflare and Google therefore receive the message, your address and anything you write.
What happens when you use WhatsApp, Telegram or the chat?
The WhatsApp button opens a WhatsApp conversation with the agency. The message is filled in for you and names the page you were on and a short code that shows which button you used. From then on, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you write.
The Telegram button opens Telegram with the agency's bot and a short code that shows which button you used. Telegram's own terms and privacy policy apply from there.
The chat opens only when you press the chat button. At that moment the script of the chat provider, Jivo, loads from the provider's servers. The provider receives what you type, together with the name of this site, your language and the page you were on, and it may store its own identifiers in your browser. Its privacy policy describes what it does with that data.
What does analytics measure?
Google Analytics 4 measures visits to this site. The tag loads a few seconds after a page opens or at your first scroll, tap or key press. It records which pages are read, which contact options are used, and whether the form is opened, started, sent or closed, together with the type and language of the page. Google's advertising features are switched off.
The tag does not load if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track, and it does not load for search engine or AI crawlers.
Google receives the measurements and sets cookies in your browser, which the cookie policy lists. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Who receives which information
| Recipient | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | The technical data of every page request. | To host and deliver the site and protect it from abuse. |
| Telegram, for form requests | The text of a request sent through the form. | So the operator can read and answer it. |
| Google, for e-mail | Messages sent to the site's e-mail address. | It hosts the operator's mailbox. |
| Google Analytics | Page, device and event measurements. | To count visits and contact actions. |
| What you write in the conversation you open. | To answer you. | |
| Telegram, for conversations | What you write in the conversation you open. | To answer you. |
| Jivo | What you type, the site name, your language and the page you were on. | To run the chat. |
What choices do you have?
You can read every page without sending anything.
You can leave out the optional fields of the form: only a way to reach you is required.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track, the analytics tag does not load. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, as the cookie policy explains.
How do you ask for access, correction or deletion?
You may ask what personal information Voting Now holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and ask not to be contacted again. Send the request through any contact option on this site and say which of the three you want.
Which legal rights apply to you depends on where you live. This page does not claim that any particular privacy law applies to this site.
Can this policy change?
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
Rules read before any budget
Every job starts with the contest's published rules. If they forbid paid promotion, you hear a plain no first, before anyone talks about money.
A free first reading
Send your contest and get a free reading of its rules and audience. A plain yes or no comes first, and a quote follows only after a yes.
Real people, never bots
Entries are promoted through ads, native PR, creators, blogger groups and our own social accounts. Each person who arrives decides alone whether to vote.
A quote before anything runs
Promotion is priced the way advertisers price leads, against a quote agreed in advance. We publish no success rates and no vote packages.
Every state, every kind of contest
A county fair, a city's Best of poll, a school vote or a national photo contest: the work starts from that contest's own rulebook, wherever it runs.
Honest about the limits
The organizer counts the votes, so nobody outside the contest can decide the result. We decline political votes, and we say so when the best advice is to win the free way.
Send the contest link and its rules
Send the link, the closing date with a time zone and the published rules. That is all it takes for the first reading.
We read the rules and answer first
We check who may vote, how often, and what the organizer may void. If the rules forbid outside help, the answer is no and nothing is spent.
A written quote and channel plan
You get a quote and a plan in writing: which channels, which audience, which days. Nothing runs until you agree to it.
Launch, report, stop on time
Promotion runs on the agreed channels and you get reports as it goes. If the organizer changes the rules, we stop and tell you why.
A contest vote sits under two rulebooks, the platform's and the organizer's. Meta's Spam standard lists offering anything of monetary value in exchange for engagement as a covered behavior, and the Santa Barbara Independent says it will disqualify a business that offers voters incentives of any kind. Voting Now reads both rulebooks before it plans anything, and a clause that forbids outside promotion ends the job.
Contest platforms check votes as routine. Easypromos runs each vote through 11 security controls and does not count one that fails any of them, and Woobox says voting fraud is becoming more common as contests grow popular. Voting Now promotes to real people who choose for themselves, at the contest's own pace, and none of this is a method for getting past a check.
Under 16 CFR 465.8, buying fake indicators of social media influence for a commercial purpose can violate the FTC's rule, which is one reason Voting Now promotes to real people and does not bring in bought counts. The FTC's Endorsement Guides also require a paid creator to disclose the connection clearly. Whether outside promotion is lawful for a given contest is a question for a lawyer, and Voting Now takes no political or governmental votes.
No quote promises a win, a ranking or a vote count, because the organizer counts the votes and applies its own rules. The Santa Barbara Independent, for one, says it will disqualify a business that offers voters incentives of any kind. Nothing runs before the client approves a written quote.
No. Voting Now does not sell contest votes. It runs paid promotion, meaning ads, native PR, creator posts and placements in partner groups, that puts an entry in front of real people, and each of them decides alone whether to vote. The organizer's count and rules decide the result.
The promotion is priced the way advertisers price leads, against a quote agreed before anything runs. This site publishes no prices and no vote packages. The first step is a free reading of your contest's rules, and a quote follows only if those rules allow outside promotion.
No. The organizer counts the votes and applies the rules, so nobody outside the contest can fix a result. Promotion can put an entry in front of more people. We publish no success rates, because a rate from other contests says nothing about yours.
No. Bots and fake accounts are what get entries disqualified, and every major platform bans them. Promotion here means ads, posts and placements that real people see and answer on their own, at their own pace.
Contests whose rules forbid paid promotion or outside help, political or governmental votes, and any job that needs a contest's check to be dodged. We read the rules first, and when the answer is no, we say so in writing.
Yes. Voting Now works on contests and polls in every U.S. state and the District of Columbia. A county fair, a city Best of poll and a national photo contest get the same first step: the rules are read before anything is planned.
Use the Send a link button to send the contest link, the closing date and the published rules. You get a plain answer on whether outside promotion is allowed before anyone discusses a budget.
